Aug 12, 2014   //   by mecadmin   //   blog  //  No Comments

First thing first is to with regard to vieswng properties, is to  find out all available information about the property as you can like pictures, floor plans, virtual tours if available, brochures online or offline if available and local information with descriptions. You can also call or email the letting agency to check or confirm any information you have or you can get.

When you have all the information and have chosen properties that you like, you or your agent can arrange a viewing of the property.

Download Our Viewing Checklist Here to help make it easier for you when you view the properties you like.

Additionally, it is a good idea to bring a camera and tape measure on every property viewing you go to. The camera can be a helpful device in remembering properties that appealed to you instead of having to rack your brain about which property had the lovely en-suite. With most mobile phones having built-in cameras, this is even much easier. But don’t forget to ask permission from the agent or owner before taking any pictures. The tape measure is so you can measure how large or wide the pieces of furniture that will fit in the rooms.
